Transaction Procedures:
Step 1: A customer visits our website and makes PURCHASE ORDER (PO) and sends it to OK LED.
Step 2: OK LED makes PERFORMA INVOICE (PI) and sends it to customer.
Step 3: If the customer agrees to PI, he or she makes payment (goods cost + freight charge) and shows payment proof.
Step 4: OK LED arranges products production.
Step 5: OK LED delivery the products to the customers after the production finished.
Step 6: The customer receives the package.
Quotation
The price on the website is based on EXW Shenzhen for final order, not including the freight charge. For sample order, the price will be a little higher than bulk order.
Freight
Freight will vary depending on destination, weight, courier, or forwarder. We will always choose the cheapest, fastest and safest transportation for customers.
Customer can also assign the forwarder and pay the freight by customer.
Shipment
1. For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS. Customer can assign the courier.
2. For larger order, we could use ocean courier or air cargo or other special forwarder.
3. Customer can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.
Payment Options
T/T is preferred, Paypal account is available for small order.
Deliver Time
1) For sample order, we can deliver in 10 working days and ship the product after the confirmation of the acquisition, if the customer doesn’t have any special requirements.
2) For larger order, we may need 15 to 20 working days depends on the quantity you need.
Anyway we would ship your products as soon as possible for the customers.
