LED chips itself could last very long with a good heat sink. But the driver may not. The component in the driver we need to worry about is the electrolytic capacitor. The cap only can last 2000 to 3000 hours at the temperature 105 ℃. But it can last 40,000 to 50,000 hours when the temperature is at 60 ℃. The electrolytic capacitor in our driver is working at 60 ℃, when the ambient temperature is 27℃.
6) Maintenance. The driver could be plugged in and out easily. Only a few screws, no soldering point, while lots of high bays in the market is hard to replace the driver. So if the driver fails we can replace the new driver to you in three years for free including shipping fee. No risk for you.

Quality control
All the products are inspected based UL, IEC standard.
Step 1: All the raw material will be inspected before assembling. Also do first inspection every day.
Step 2: All the products will go to our aging test room lighting for 48 hours before inspection.
Step 3: The products will be inspected by 100% after aging test(in Integrating sphere) ,including power,Volatge,color temperature, CRI ,efficacy and output flux, etc.
Step 4: The products will go to dark room to test Light distribution curve(IES file).
Step 5 : The products which is good will be labled with certification and go to next procedures(packing).
